Best Western Manor Hotel and Suites

We had a wonderful stay. Came for 2 nights for a wedding. The service was very friendly and welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. Shell and the team were awesome. The room was modern and very clean. We couldn't fault anything. It was peaceful at night despite being on the edge of the M2. Breakfast on both days was cooked to perfection with 24 hour good quality tea and coffee at reception. Which is free ! Lovely atmosphere, we will definitely stay again.

A little gem! I would give it 11 out of 10 if I could. Fell upon this by sheer luck and ended up staying 4 nights instead of 1, we were so comfortable. Can’t understand some of the negative comments on the reviews. The staff are incredible, hardworking, happy, friendly, anything you want they will try and accommodate you, always someone available day and night, really flexible to special requests and caring regarding special diets. They make it like a home from home and the level of customer service is something that is very rare these days. They found me a room with a microwave when I told them on check in that I travel with my own food due to dietary restrictions. Our room was spacious and had every amenity you could think of, bed was comfortable, big soft thick towels. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Lounge area really homely, warm and cosy. Very good breakfast options, pub type menu available to order until about 9pm with some good quality hot food and gluten free options. Really good bar and service. Free tea and coffee 24 hour self service machine plus hot and cold water dispenser. Very good security both building and car park. Residents only hotel so always plenty of tables in lounge/restaurant and no need to worry about who might be coming into the hotel/restaurant. Most of the hotel including the lounge/restaurant has had a refurb/makeover/redecoration. A big personal thanks to all the staff for being so helpful to me during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend. Easy to find and access and plenty of free secure parking. Very fairly priced and good value for money.

We stayed one night for a family wedding and it was perfectly good. The room was clean. There was a large carpark. The hotel was quite quiet overnight. Breakfast was good, some parts of it were great. Nice selection of cold things and hot options. Shell, who checked us in with such a warm welcome and looked after us and many other guests, was brilliant. They are an asset to the hotel. I was particularly impressed by how they arranged taxis for the many guests travelling from the hotel to a wedding reception six miles away. I'd recommend this to anyone needing somewhere clean, reasonably quiet, reasonably comfortable, and affordable just off the A2.

For work purposes, I've stayed on and off at this hotel for 28 years. Always found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beds and bedding very comfortable. Food has never been anything but good and there's never been a problem pre-ordering whilst I visit the small gym. Access to the hotel is easy from the A2 but road noise is minimal and there's plenty of parking. My go to hotel when I'm working in this area - far better than a identikit chain.

Booked 3 nights, for a Brands Hatch weekend, and had a lovely welcome from Shell. Parking was ample, with CCTV & a security barrier. The entrance, hallway, and rooms were in a very clean, and modern condition, and the double room was as pictured in the Expedia App. We stayed an extra night, because we wanted a late start on Monday, before our 10 hours drive home. Staff shouting “It still has ‘Do Not Disturb’ on the door”, at 0845Hrs (repeated another 3 times), before checking out, was not on, and needs addressed. Given how the rest of the experience was, I am confident that it will be and will definitely stay again.

Our car broke down on the highway around 10 pm. I called them to ask if they have a room for us on short notice. They did, and reaaaally helped us out. Staff is alsp super friendly and accomodating. The room is spacious, comfortable mattress, bathroom is very clean, and the shower works perfectly. There is also free coffee and water in the lobby. Price is also low compared to other hotels.

Mu husband spent the night before our wedding here. We then both then spent our wedding night here. Once he left to go to the wedding the staff put banners up, decorated the room and left us a hand written card along with 2 bottles of prossecco. The service was perfect. Breakfast was lovely. The room was amazing. The staff faultless.

In my opinion this deserves more than the 4.3 the staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing , very kind , very smiley and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfy , the beds are very comfortable plenty of room. Breakfast was cooked fresh and was tasty . Shell was an absolute diamond, and really went above and beyond!! Cannot fault this hotel or staff. Thank you so much
